“Within the Frame of the body” depicts

It is a narrative about the energy

of corporeality.

The artist provisionally refers

to the abstracted nudes with clearly framed body parts as body paintings

in this series.

Through the use of simple forms

and a limited color palette, Nowatkowska prompts reflection on what is essential

in our experience of corporeality

and how our own perceptions define

what we see.
